We got to our first stop and all 3 of them the two men not being picky at all and my sister very picky the first thing out of their mouth was that their heads were FREEZING! Even when all the vents were closed the wind was coming right through these helmets. They actually took RTV silicone and siliconed up all the vent holes. This helped but they were still drafty.
My Dad sweet talked them enough to let him return his for a full refund. My sister I think got a little mouthy with them and they wouldn't do it LOL. So now hers collects dust and my brother in-law uses his when we go ATVing. Ohh boy, now you have me second guessing the purchase. It is the gmax modular g54s.

I was at the mass sled show this weekend and wanted the hjc helmet but they didn't have any in red or my size. So I bought the gmax on a gamble: Guess ill take my chances and if it is too cold then might have to replace it.

I have the same one, bought about a month ago, and so far I've been happy with it. The coldest I've been out in it has been about 10 degrees, but with vents closed, I really haven't had any issues. Just curious what your experience has been.
